Felt lazy today after sailing 3 days this week, and so ended up at RWS. Wish I'd made the effort to do the camber low tide walk.... the wind was incredibly gusty - veering between 10 and 25kts every few seconds, so really hard to get comfortable. Had some fast blasting reaches though which were fun, and made quite a few dry gybes which I was really chuffed about considering how tricky the wind was. Had a go on an 80L Kay Bay wave board which I have on loan from a friend with a view to buying. It was great when powered up, but I got left stranded in the middle of the pond when the wind dropped! Think I'll take it to camber tomorrow and give it a proper go...
